Being Taco Tuesday I called in an order at my favorite Taco Bus, El Camion. I love street food and there is no better example than the Taco Bus. If I had to use one word to describe El Camion it would be clean. With a brand new custom built trailer and a better record with the King County health department than most of its competitors its a great place for people looking to try some street food. And the best part is the food is fantastic. I started with the Pollo Taco the chicken was moist and it was finished with grilled onions and Pico de Gallo. The Carne Asada was fantastic as well, tender and not chewy like many of the places I’ve tried. For a finale I split a huge Chicken Quesidilla, a little too much cheese but with generous chunks of chicken and excellent with their homemade Salsa Verde.
Rating: 
I love the pico de gallo and salsa toppings. From tortillas to full plates they are all very authentic, and the salsa’s are terrific! I have to stop in when I’m in the area.
