If you like a quality hot sandwich like I do there are few better choices than Elliot Bay. Basically a small hole in the wall on Queen Anne they serve an array of Hot Sandwiches served on large hoagie rolls which are made on site. I started with a slice of their Pepperoni Pizza while I waited for my sandwich. Not bad but they need to make there crust a little crisper and be a little more generous with the pepperoni. The main event was their six inch Chicken Cordon Blue sub. They start with a chicken breast topped with Ham, Swiss and a little garlic butter. They take all of that and run it through their pizza oven until its hot finishing it with a zesty sauce and your choice of vegis. The end result is one of my favorite hot sandwiches piping hot almost to large to fit in my mouth and every bite just as good as the first.
